The hotel’s reception is open 24 hours a day. There is always a member of the hotel staff available to answer your queries. Please do not hesitate to contact the staff if you have any questions.

To reach the reception, dial 9.

Check-out is at 11:00. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact the Reception so that we can check availability.

For all tourist and cultural information, the reception is at your disposal to provide you with information and make reservations if needed.

Beverage service

You can buy cold drinks at the Reception.

Breakfast service

Breakfast is served upon reservation the day before.

Continental buffet breakfast, served Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 10:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 7:30 to 10:30.


If you require extra pillows, duvets or towels, please contact Reception.

Smoking and eating in the room is strictly prohibited.

For hygienic reasons, we ask you not to store any food in your room. A refrigerator is available on request for the storage of medicines and food, as well as a microwave. Please ask the Receptionist.

For your information, in order to save energy, the air conditioning/heating in the room is turned off during the day when guests leave.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel. We thank you for your understanding.

In case of need or forgetfulness, the hotel can provide you with an individual ironing system.

We inform you that the hotel can provide you with baby equipment: high chair, changing mat. The hotel also has a microwave to heat up food.

We inform you that it is strictly forbidden to dry clothes on the railings of your room.

Reducing the amount of laundry to be washed.

Every drop counts. Let’s enjoy it, but not waste it. For every towel we wash, we release several grams of detergent into our rivers and seas. If you are staying with us for several days, we ask you to leave your towel behind if you consider that it can be used again. If not, just leave it on the floor and we will change it. Thank you.

Reduction in the amount of bed linen to be washed.

If you stay several nights in the hotel, we change the sheets every 4 days. We care about the environment, for the sake of ecology and water saving, you have the option to inform the Reception not to follow this protocol. Thank you for your cooperation.

Wake-up service

The hotel offers a wake-up service. Do not hesitate to ask the receptionist to set it up.

To stop the alarm clock, pick up the phone while it is ringing and hang up.

It is not possible to call outside from the room phone.
